The Heritage Center - Your Rental Venue
Located in the heart of the Historic Downtown Vero Beach and seated in Pocahontas Park,
the main hall features an open beamed cathedral ceiling, pine wood floors and a coquina stone fireplace.
There is a stage for music, performances, or presentations and free WiFi is available.
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED FOR TOURS AND CONTRACTS.
Rental Fees
Weekend: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Honeybell Package (14 Hour Rental)

$300 Deposit – Holds/secures rental date and is applied toward balance
$200 Security – COVB Officer will be onsite, in the vicinity of Pocahontas Park and not in the Heritage Center, for the last 3 hours of event if alcohol is present. Vero Heritage set-up Detail.
Use of both the Honeybell Room (Bridal Suite) and Gentleman’s Lounge.
Orri Package (8 Hour Rental)

$300 Deposit – Holds/secures rental date and is applied toward balance

Does not have access to the Honeybell Room or Gentlemen’s Lounge.
For both events - Balance owed must be paid 60 Days prior to event/rental date. At that time a
$500 Damage Deposit must be provided for incidentals. This check is not cashed unless there is
damage to the Heritage Center, the Rules For Use are not followed, or the Post-Event Checklist has
not been completed. If ALL rules have been followed and no damage to the Heritage Center, the
check is returned.

$100 p/hour with a 3 hour minimum

- The hall's double doors lead out to a lovely brick patio which you are welcome to tent. (Tents may be rented from several local rental companies).
- The catering kitchen features refrigerators with freezers, warming ovens, and spacious counters.
- The room can accommodate up to 200 guests at 60" round tables, or up to 220 in theatre-style seating. Our tables and chairs are available for your use at no extra charge. (For larger parties, standing room only can accommodate 275.)
